Session Overviews

Junior Run Squad

We welcome junior athletes aged 7+. These sessions focus on technique, speed, endurance and fun. Athletes to bring their own hydration, medication and have sunscreen applied prior to the session. Parents are welcome to drop and go, or join in the Adult session on a Sunday.

Swim Squad

We welcome athletes aged 11+. These sessions focus on technique, stroke correction, speed, endurance and fun. Athletes to bring their own hydration, medication and swim equipment (fins, paddles, kickboard, pullbuoy).

Friday Social Run

We welcome athletes aged 11+. Splitting into groups we run between 5km and 9km. No runner is left behind. Post run the groups reconnect at Wine Gum Cafe for a caffeination catch up – and the coffees are on the On Pace team on the first Friday of each month.

Sunday Social Ride

We offer sessions for cyclists looking to gain confidence on the roads, and sessions for experienced cyclists. Each week has a different ride, focus and distance. We recommend reviewing the Facebook page prior to the Sunday ride and RSVP if you are intending to ride.
Junior cyclists under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent.

All cyclists must BYO hydration, nutrition, lights and spares.

Come and try running with fully accredited coaches. Learn techniques that will help you run stronger and smarter. These sessions focus on technique, speed, endurance and fun. All levels welcome.
