My multisport journey started as a full time working 38-year-old mum who couldn’t swim more than 15 meters, couldn’t put my face in the water and didn’t have a bike – as the saying goes “the only way is up” and there was only one direction for me as I was starting from scratch.
I was inspired by Neil and Lisa to enter the multisport world and I have never looked back with lifechanging results.
I have a passion for coaching athletes to achieve their own goals in a supportive and encouraging manner, with a focus on the importance of the athlete’s mental as well as physical health, and an awareness of the busy lifestyles we all lead today.
Favourite Race: Ironman Australia (Port Macquarie)

Best training set: I don’t mind a good brick set (bike/run) as long as there’s chocolate milk at the end!
Biggest Sporting Inspiration: Sister Madonna Buder (aka the Iron Nun)
Goals: To continue to improve my fitness and speed as I move through the age groups, and to go sub 13 hours in an Ironman.

Being a Health and Physical Education teacher for over 20 years and a triathlete for 10 years, it is my true belief that everyone can and should find a sport or activity that suits them.
I am passionate about providing a fun, supportive and welcoming environment where people can find the starting point for their individual event or multisport journey.
The correct environment encourages the confidence, self-belief and progress needed to achieve our goals.

I’m an age group triathlete that has changed his life around from an unfit 98kg couch potato to a 3-time Ironman finisher.
The last 10 years in triathlon has given me so much and I have a real drive to help people achieve their own goals within triathlon.
Under the guidance from our awesome On Pace Multisport head coaches Nicola & Lisa, I have been inspired to start my own coaching journey.
With my experience in triathlon racing from enticer to ironman, along with my logical and data driven mindset I can help guide you to your own goals.

A seasoned athlete with a true passion for sport spanning almost 35 years. An avid hockey player with more than 2 decades experience both playing and coaching, the passion for sport was kindled here.
Transitioning to triathlon and multisport events post hockey career, sport has always allowed me to push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of.
Seeing the many benefits that a sporting life can enable, personally, professionally, and more broadly within society, I am now dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and to becoming their best self.
