Our training plans have a minimum sign-on period of 6 months. This allows you the time to properly adapt to the program, build consistency, and start seeing real results. This timeframe gives both you and your coach the opportunity to lay a strong foundation and work towards meaningful goals.

Our adult training plans are designed for athletes aged 17 and over. This ensures the training structure, volume, and intensity are appropriate for physical development and long-term progress. If you’re under 17, we recommend checking out our junior coaching options instead.

How can I book an appointment to discuss my training needs?

What sessions do you offer?

There are a variety of swim, bike and run sessions held each week. Keep an eye on our socials.

What is the cost for a training plan?

We offer a variety of training plans depending on your needs. Speak with our coaches for more information.

Can I train with a group?

Absolutely. We encourage athletes to train together where possible. It adds to the experience of achieving your goals.

What is the minimum term I need to sign up for?

Different plans have varying terms, starting at one month.

What is the minimum age?

Junior Run squads the minimum age is 7. Training plans and adult sessions are 14. We ask to consider emotional maturity when deciding upon a session. Our coaches are happy to guide this with you if you need.

Where can I buy On Pace Merchandise from?

Do you offer group rides?

Yes. There are various options each month.

Do I need to be experienced to join in with On Pace?

Simply no. We cater for all abilities. All we ask is a positive mindset!

What qualifications do the coaching staff have?

Both Head coaches are Fully accredited by Triathlon Australia as Develepment Coaches. In addition to this, all of the OP coaching staff have Triathlon and / or Cycling accreditations to at least the Foundation Level.

Do you offer training camps?

Yes. These sit outside of any plans athletes may be on, but we aim to host a number of training camps throughout the year.

What distance races can I train for?

We cater for all distances, from your first triathlon, run etc to perhaps training for a world championship attempt.

What social media platforms can I find On Pace details on?

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a card based system allowing you to take advantage of free sessions. The more you train, the cheaper it can be.

Who are the On Pace partners?

Winegum Cafe, Inspire Athletic. We are bringing more partners on, keep an eye on our social media channels.

Which training plan would be right for me?

We would encourage you to speak to our experienced coaches to select the best fit solution for your needs.

Where would training plans be posted?

We communicate with our athletes on plans using Training Peaks. Our group sessions are posted via our socials.

How can I sign up to a plan?

Plans are available via our website. If you are ready to sign up, simply add your plan to your cart and checkout.

What if I don’t have a SMART trainer?

We can cater for most athletes depending on the needs. Having data available will almost certainly be more beneficial but gains can still be made without all of the necessary data.
