I am very grateful to Nicola for the coaching I received to prepare me for my first 70.3 Iron Man event. Being one of the first athletes to come on board with On Pace, had full confidence in Nic and the team to get me to that start line. Although I had a lot of work to do for myself, every athlete needs an enthusiastic coach in their corner to achieve success. My 6 months of training was very accurate and I was able to complete the event in the timetrame the coaching staff and I had planned for.
